Re: About those natural alternativesFrom: Lori (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue Jul 6 13:26:49 2004
Thank You Lea, sometimes I forget to post about how important it is to check everything out that is taken, and especially never buy herbs... from those companies on the internet that send spam to your email address constantly. Also some herbs should not be taken with medicine, like st johns wort I read is not supposed to be taken with the pill. Get advice from your doctors! also a good book that has herbal/vitamins/nutrition/drug interactions is: Prescription for nutritional healing(author balch) Lori At Mon, 5 Jul 2004, Lea Harth, wrote: > >One thing you need to keep in mind is that not all 'natural' products >are what they may appear to be.
