Re: A start on the Natural Route for Treatment for Endo./Diet

I've been trying to add more lentils and beans to my diet and it does seem to be helping. Cramps weren't as bad as they have been the last 3 months since my surgery and I didn't bleed nearly as much. It could be a combination of a lot of new things I'm trying right now too.

One helpful hint: When I first started eating more raw or "less cooked" vegetables and less white carbs, my stomach wasn't tolerating it very well because I wasn't used to it. My nutritional doctor told me this might happen and suggested taking Lecithin. It does help and it's good for you. :-)
