Surgery didn't work, and just got fired for not being able to work due to severe cramping

I had a miscarriage on January 7, 2002. The very first month after the miscarriage I started having severe cramping and much heavier bleeding. This only continued to get more severe each month. For the past year I would end up in the emergency room each month, just so that I could get pain shots and be pain free for a couple of hours. I finally was able to see an obgyn and he did a lap on me. He said that he found endo on my entire uterus and was able to remove all of it with a lazer. I recovered fully after about seven days, and only bled for about four. I had my next period on schedual which was pain free. However, the last two that I have had have been as severe as before the surgery. Can it come back that fast? or did he lie and not remove all of it? I don't have insurance so I can't exactly go to another doctor for another lap. I'm STILL paying for the first surgery!!!! Also, I just got fired on Monday because I wasn't able to go to work. Hell, I couldn't even set down, or lay down for almost three hours....there was so much pressure. I want to know what I should do.... Should I go to another doctor even with no money and no job.. and what can I do about my job?? Are they allowed to fire me like that?? PLEASE HELP!!! I have dealt with this for TOO long. It's making my life miserable. Not only do I cramp all the time, but I also have depression due to this AND have no job. ARRRRGGGGHHHH......Jolene
