In reply to: bkemnitz: "is endometritis common among endometriosis sufferers?" I had a lap on June 3rd and had endometritis but my OBGYN didn't see endometriosis. Endometritis is an infection of the lining of the uterus. He said it could have come from anything, sometimes bacteria gets in there through the vagina. I was on antibiotics but am still in pain so I don't think that was the cause of any of my pain in the first place.
