a suggestion for some to start out:

an estrogen clearing diet: (estrogen causes endo to grow) try to eliminate dairy, caffeine, sugar & eventually wheat, but you can do this gradually. The results will then drive you to be more diligant with your efforts.

I have been making an estrogen clearing soup daily, really missed it on my vacation: use lentils, beans or peas (may have to get some beano & rinse/soak the beans 1st) add lots of vegetables like cabbage,cauliflower,broccoli,onion,garlic or leeks(the cabbage family)& whatever other vegetables you like-add lots of seasoning

try to have the soup daily try to eat more fruits (organic if you can) nuts, seeds, berries

give it some time & see if it makes a difference! please post here if anyone has results
