Pain after Lap/Periods

I had my laporoscopy over a month ago. It went rather well. They found some adhesions as well as some endometriosis growth and removed it. However a month and a half later I am still experiencing pain. I have switched my birth control and I have been bleeding for two weeks straight with some heavy cramping. My doctor has put me on the birth control consistantly so that I do not get my periods anymore. Now she has told me to remove the birth control patch when I experience the bleeding for 5 days until the breakthrough bleeding subsides. Can anyone relate to this? Also I have been very tired lately no matter how much or how little I sleep. I have been taking vitamins and iron supplements, and drinking plenty of water to keep myself up to speed, but does any one else have any suggestions as to what I can do to keep myself from feeling beat up everyday? I must admit that I do feel better since the surgery, but is there anyway to be pain free? Any suggestions, tips, or concerns...HELP!
