Re: Pain after an endoscopracyFrom: Trish (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Jun 30 06:55:46 2004
Helen - I would say forthe majority of endo sufferers what you are experiencing is normal. If there is a norm with endo. Did they just diagnose, or, did they laser or excise your endo? If they did this can take a while to get back on your feet. some women begin to feel great after surgery, and then have another couple of bad weeks. They probable did a D/C with your lap, or at least they do with most laps, this could explain the late AF, I am sure it will resume it's regular cycle shortly. As to the question if you will ever be pain free, I wish we all knew if that was coming for us or not. good luck
-- Paramedic/Firefighter- I mainly instruct now- making sure I do lots of research to fight this disease, endo sufferer for 10 years, stage III. Cancer survivor!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best Wishes to all - Trish
