Have large lesion in upper vagina and recently have developed relatively severe pain in the bladder, urethra, and low back. Feel like I have to urinate constantly but antibiotics have not helped. Of course, I am scared that I have something worse--like cancer--. Just looking for some support. I'm not on any meds except Advil and Naproxen nor have I had surgery. My diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy of vaginal lesion and when I had C-section delivery. I now get period only 4 or 5 times per year but pain is unrelated to cycle. Anyone else?
