There is one woman who posts here (Lori) who is a big advocate of the
diet thing - from memory she was also facing a hyst (please correct me
if I'm wrong, Lori!), and after a few months with carefull eating is
symptom-free.
Hi Georgie & Amanda!
Thank you for mentioning this, in response:
I had made dietary changes in the past, but just recently is when I have
gone full force with the diet, about 3 weeks- it is making a big
difference I can tell but natural things do take time. I do a lot of
other things that are also helping, like natural progesterone cream,
vitamins, herbs... I do believe for some that the diet is all that
would be needed, for others they would need much more. I was facing a
hysterectomy last year october 2003, but now I realize that maybe? it
would help some things, but certainly not all my endometriosis health
related problems, best to treat the whole body with nutrition, herbs,
vitamins...to build the body up to fight all diseases for optimal
health. I am certainly far from 100% symptom free, but looking back to
the past years, I am so much better!!!
