I know it takes a combo of things and each person is different. But I am having trouble finding the right combo for me! So I am curious as to what things you guys take? I am on effexor xr, duragesic patch 25, zanaflex, progesterone cream, vitamins and an herbal remedy from a chinese Doc. I am also in physical thearpy and getting acupucture.
