Hello there, i am 28 years old and for the last 3 months exactly a week before my period I get excruciating abdominal pain for 1 day, last month I ended up in E&R as my stomach was swollen and my GP thought my liver was was in the wrong place, I'd been overseas so they thought it might be hepatitus but the tests came back clear and they told me I just had trapped wind.... this month its happened again and it seems too much of a coincident. I also have really painful periods and my cycle is irregular anywhere between 30-45 days. Have been searching the web for possible answer - could this be endo and if so could someone explain exactly what that means?!!!
