endo and it returning after having it removed....

I have been reading all over the internet that mainly when all the endo is removed, you run a rare risk that it would return...is this true, I was under the impression that it usually grows back.

I had mine removed four years ago, and I was pg and bf for basically the last four years...with some endo discomfort, and I had a lap in september, and she stated she found nothin and she strongly beleived it lied deeper than what she could see...now wouldn't she be more into thinking it wasn't my endo, because it was all removed, or do you really think she believes it ismy endo?

I am just in too much pain here...

i have no idea...

I believe it is my enndo, because there is no other explanation.
