I AGREE - LUPRON IS NOT WORTH IT. I BROKE OUT IN HIVES 2 DAYS AFTER MY LAST INJECTION. THE DOCTORS CANT SEEM TO GIVE ME ANYTHING YET TO MAKE IT GO AWAY - IVE HAD HIVES FOR ONE MONTH NOW! NOW I FOUND OUT YESTERDAY THAT I HAVE BONE DENSITY DETERIORATION (ANOTHER ONE OF THE MANY SIDE EFFECTS THAT CAN OCCUR FROM LUPRON) AND MY THYROID IS NOW HYPOTHYROID. WHAT MORE CAN HAPPEN NOW? I AM DEPRESSED - HIDING OUT IN THE HOUSE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN SO MISERABLE IN MY LIFE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NEVER EVER HAVE ANOTHER ONE OF THESE INJECTIONS. ID TAKE SURGERY OVER THIS MISERY ANY DAY.
