Hi, I am sorry to be a broken record to others reading my take on all of this. It is just amazing to me sometimes that their are things that are actually helping women with endometriosis & the majority do not know about it. Yes everyone is different & what is good for some may not work for others, but really I think it is worth a try? I am an endo sufferer for 20 years who is doing pretty well finally. The key is to balance the estrogen dominance-estrogen causes endo to grow. This may sound hard to do but what else is their to do-stay on the pill forever? try lupron, go for surgeries every few years if not more often? Here are some alternatives: 1) an estrogen clearing diet-eliminate DAIRY,WHEAT,sugar, caffeine, red meat. Try to eat organic as much as possible. Did you know that their are claims that eliminating WHEAT alone has helped 80% of women with endometriosis(but it is so hard to not eat wheat-read the labels it is in everything!) Instead tons of vegetables & beans especially lentils, cauliflower family vegetables, nuts... fruits.. 2) vitamins to build up the immune system & herbs to balance the hormones(look into chaste tree berry) 3)natural progesterone cream to balance the excess estrogen(from the health food store) 4) fish oil & more 5) eliminate environmental estrogens/toxins. 6)LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!! We know if a treatment is working or not, do not let anyone tell us differently.

I am sure I left out a lot of info here but Hope this helps someone. Lori
