Re: Help! I am so Confused! Do I have ENDO??? I am losing my mind!

I was going through kind of the same thing.. cyclical pain that has gotten progressively worse over the last few months. I did have the lap done a couple of weeks ago, my doc didn't see any endo but I did have an adhesion and he said something about my appendix being in a strange position. I was groggy from the anesthesia when he was telling me all of this so I didn't ask any questions. My follow up is tomorrow so I'll be ready to ask away then! I do think I have endo even though he didn't see any. He isn't an endo specialist by any means (he's my OBGYN) and my symptoms match too closely not to be endo. I know that adhesions can cause pain but it doesn't explain why the pain was almost gone during my last pregnancy, nor does it explain the horrible bloating I get with ovulation.

Anyway, I definitely think you should have the lap. If they do see it, they can remove it which will help your pain and increase your chances of getting pregnant in the future. Mine was almost painless.. I had surgery on a Thursday afternoon and was back to work Tuesday. I could have gone back Monday but I was enjoying my time off!!

Take care,
