I hope everyone is hanging in there. I had a quick question about alternative therapies. I've tried the Lupron and birth control route...all of which had highly negative effects on me. I recently switched doctors, and this one suggested trying a progestin only birth control. Has anyone tried any of those before? I didn't tolerate the estrogen too well. Also, I've been looking into acupuncture. Has anyone had any luck with this and pain relief? My lower back pain has been getting progressively worse every month and nothing is really cutting it any more.
