I have stage 4 endo and had 3 laps to remove it (the 1st was only to diagnose..then switched doctors). I ended up getting pregnant last September after 1 night w/o protection with my husband..I was actually waiting for another surgery to remove my rt ovary at the time..imagine that. Well, I am now 2 days past my due date with my soon to be daughter! Don't give up. I assumed I would never be able to get pregnant as my insides were out of a horror film! I probably got pregnant bc I wasn't stressing at the time about it either..in fact that night we made the comment about the lack of protection (afterwards) and I was like that would be a miracle if that ever happened on the first try with me!
