I haven't tried it, but just looked it up and several sites said that it shouldn't be used for more than 5 days. It looks like it is for acute pain, like a muscle sprain rather than chronic (continuous) pain like we have. I'd be careful. If you haven't tried this already, you may want to try getting off of dairy. I had AMAZING pain relief just by doing that alone. Also, Red Raspberry Leaves and Primrose Oil are great for cramps. Doesn't do much for backache though if you have that. I've also been reading "EndoMetriosis-A Key to Healing thru Nutrition". They recommend increasing certain oils and that actuall seems to be helping too. Probably won't cure your pain, bc it sounds pretty bad, but it may make it bearable. Good luck.
