Hmmmm ... I don't agree. It is addictive and can give you a nasty withdrawal syndrome if you take several pills a day for more than a few days/week or so. My $.02 is, limit your use of the drug to when you absolutely need it. I only take it now on the worst 2-3 days of my period, and this keeps it working for me. There are discussion groups on the internet about the withdrawal problems people have with tramadol/Ultram/Ultracet.
