I think you should try the shot. I have had great success with Lupron. It can be expensive but worth it. Try cutting back on caffiene I found that it helps alot with the pain. Also if you decide on the shot don't do add back. Endo needs estrogen to grow don't willingly take a shot that stops the production then something else that starts it up even if it is only a little bit. good luck
