Dr Redwine

Has anyone here been treated by Dr David Redwine, or know someone that has? I had my first lap on Thursday, my OBGYN didn't see any endo but I did have an adhesion and he said something about my appendix being in a strange position. I don't know that I believe his "no endo" diagnosis since my pain is very dependent upon my menstrual cycle. I suppose the adhesion could have caused the pain if it was attached to my ovaries and/or tubes, but it wouldn't explain the horrible bloating I get with ovulation or the bowel pain during that time.

If my pain continues, I am considering sending my files to Dr Redwine. He is about 3.5 hours away so it wouldn't be much trouble at all. The problem is that his office requires you to pay 80% of the estimated surgery cost the day before! I'm not sure why they don't just check with your insurance (although they will bill them for you).. that's one big chunk of money to cough up!

Anyway, I just wanted to check and see if anyone has had any experiences with him. If you would like to email me privately, you can reach me at jakesmom_us@yahoo.com.

Thanks,
