Katia, If I was you, I would ask to be put on a different pill. I was on cbcp and bleed for 3 monthes straight. They kept telling me not to stop the pills and by the end of it I was so anemic I was being considered for a blood transfusion. The only thing that stopped it was switching to a stronger pill. Anyway, this is only from personal experience, not meant to scare you, and everyone is different but look into switching pills before it gets out of control. Also be sure to get enough Iron! I hope this helps, i know its so hard what you are going through. Good Luck!
