Watermelon...eww that isn't in season here right now. I swear everything I need is hardly ever in season here! :P AHHH!!! The main thing is I want to make sure not to try something that will just give me diarrhea instead of constipation. But I also want to be careful what I try. Stay away from the BRAT diet, lol ok. I have been on that before :P And Lori...I wasn't sure from your messege if you thought the pill form of the slipery elm bark would do any good. Should I at least keep on taking it and see if it will help, before I try to get the powder? Plus I want to be very careful about what herbal things to take...because I'm starting the bcp soon, and I don't want it to interact with that...if you know what i mean. But yeah, thanks for the replies!!!! ~Rachel
