If you are constipated you need to stay away from bananas, rice,
applesauce and toast...more commonly known as the b.r.a.t. diet. The
b.r.a.t. diet is recommended if you have diarhea, which you obviously
don't have. So skip the applesauce for now as it may be making things
worse for you.
