Hello ladies! I belong to a few different endo support groups, one of them offers a free sample of Menastil if you mail them a stamped, self addressed envelope. I got my sample last month. It's kind of weird.. it creates a "tingly", warm feeling about 15 minutes after it's applied. I would say it did slightly help with the cramps but definitely isn't worth $40 per bottle. I like the previous poster's idea of buying calendula cream or oil and trying that. I was also going to try buying a tube of Ben Gay, I'm wondering if it would have the same effect. I don't know if the Menastil actually goes through to the underlying muscle cramp, I'm guessing it creates more of a "distraction" by causing the tingling, warming sensation.
