Hi Jennifer,

Some good books that I have looked at recently are:

Endometriosis: The complete reference for taking charge of your health. By Mary Lou Ballweg, published Oct 2003 so it is really up to date.

Endometriosis: A key to healing through nutrition. by Dian Shepperson-Mills. I haven't finished reading this one but so far it seems really good.

+ the Endometriosis Source Book mentioned by Mandy in a previous post.

They all provide a lot of very good info to help understand the mechanisims of the disease, and practical advice that you can do to help. After reading one of these you will probably know more about Endo than your doctor does!

I hope that things are working out for you and your sister :)

Godbless, Georgie
