HI.... I know there are alot of people writing in to say they have been there, but I am exactly where you are now. I wish I had some advice or something like that, but all I can say is that I am going through the same thing and it helps me when reading your story to know I am not alone. I am very excited everytime I leave my GYN's office because he was sure the birth control would take away my pain, then he was sure surgery would take away my pain, and now he is sure the lupron and premarin will take away my pain. I am trying to be optimistic, but with all of these side effects it is really hard! I spent yesterday in classes all day running to the bathroom to vomit and then last night I took a phenergan to help with that and ended up knocked out. I am only 25 and feel like there should be more to life than always thinking about this disease etc. How long after your lupron treatment did the symptoms come back? I can't imagine the logic behind this shot if the symptoms continue like this and then the endo just comes back after it is all over? What was the point, ya know? It is not as if quality of life is really any better during the lupron treatment! If you have any suggestions or want to talk, feel free to write me. Thanks, KIM
