I use Vicodin or Percocet for my pain and take it 4-5 days in a row during ovulation and before AF shows up. I do notice that by the 2nd day, I start to get itchy. It took a few months before it happened, and it's not bad enough to stop using it but I think it's kind of a common reaction. There are tons of other meds.. Percocet is my personal favorite but you may have to try a few before you find one that works. My mom has had chronic back pain for a few years and goes to a pain management clinic. I know she has switched meds several times for the same reason.. reactions developing after she has used a drug over a period of time. Good luck to you!!!
