I love my heating pad! May I also recommend Thermacare heat patches? They are kind of expensive but they really do last for 8 hours. Another tip.. stores seem to be out of the ones desigined for menstrual cramps but you can use the neck/shoulder ones instead!! I buy mine at Costco, they are a little bit cheaper there.
