Hi Girls- I completly sympathize!!!! I have been on the search for a gyno that is familar with endometrosis- I had been seeing my gyno and getting monthly ultrasounds for a cyst! I was in such pain!! I did my own research and found out about endo. I asked my gyno if she thought that i might have endo. My current gyno told me there was no way I had endo- that if I did I would have a blood filled cyst and that the cyst that i had was not blood filled! I didnt take her opinion as fact- I went to a reproductive endocornologist- We did surgery and I was diagnosed with Stage II endometriosis and they removed the BLOOD FILLED CYST off my right ovary!! This was about a month ago-It angers me so much!!! and I'm dying to go back to my gyno( I go in a couple weeks) to let her know how wrong she was!! Its so frustrating that many gynocologists dont know much about this disease! I live in PA and am on the hunt for a endo sympathetic gyno! Dont give up girls!!! Danica
