Re: low body temp

I have been taking my temp in the morning for my charting, before i get out of bed. I get the "hot-flash" or fever feelings usually in the evening or at night...thats when I notice that my temp seems very low for how hot I am feeling.

I have only ovulated once in the past 5 months according to my chart and my doc agrees because of my hormone levels.
