Glad to hear you are giving it a try!, the cream alone has made a major
difference in cramps for me, but using it along with diet, herbs,
vitamins....extreme difference from laying in bed always to my life
back! My advice would be to keep it by your toothbrush or somewhere like
that, so you do not forget your doses.
Let us know your progress ok, as truly I believe it can help many more.
