Good for you for starting the Progesterone cream. Natural is always better for you than the stuff in BC pills etc. Don't be surprised if your doctor will not support your use of natural progesterone. Doctors are not trained in any type of "natural" options or even how diet can effect you (which a lot of us here know makes a HUGE difference). Their training is in drug therapies and surgery.

Read Dr. John Lees books. He has GREAT info on using natural progesterone and other natural options. Also read some of the back issues on this site (you can search for certain words). There are a lot of great postings on here (too many to repeat).
