Hi Wendy, I had my second laparoscopy just over 2 weeks ago and i am still having pain also. Like you, i have been concerned over the recurrence. I felt a fair bit better after one week but seem to have relapsed. I also only had a small area of endo in early stage 1, but was also found to have adenomyosis. I remember still having pain for about a month after my first lap, but i think a phone call to your gyn. can't hurt, just to make sure there are no complications (although i am sure there are not!). I look at it this way: you are probably just using some of those muscles again a little more than you were and they are just adjusting and in the process of getting back to normal. In regards to the 'pain free' question, i've been suffering these types of pain for the past 10 years, and i don't remember being pain free, just feeling "a little less painful". Congrats on your 4th baby, and good luck with everything.
