Your temps will go up and down in accordance with your cycle. Your temps are supposed to be that low prior to ovulation. Once you have ovulated, your temps shoot back up. You really need to read Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It clearly explains charting and taking your temperature. But, you're supposed to take it in the morning before doing anything else. Reading the book before you chart is a must. Especially for women like us, you will really know what is going on in your body. For example, last month I ovulated. This month I did not. I know this b/c I was charting.
