hi liz...

i'm so sorry that you are feeling so much pain during sex. i know how you feel, as i suffered from this for months, and still suffer from it, but not to the same degree.

i would DEFINITLY suggest different positions. i could never be on top after my symptoms for endo started getting worse, and so he was always on top, but that began to hurt a lot after my symptoms started rapidly increasing. we basically just didn't have intercourse at all, but were intimate in other ways. it really did help, and although i missed being with him like that, being intimate with him in other ways really helped. we have changed positions too, and this has basically stopped any pain that i've ever had, and i would really suggest this specific position. we have a futon, and it's basically like me sitting down and him facing me, and i'm kinda propped up on his knees.... for some reason this really seems to help the pain....

lots of foreplay is so good too. maybe get some massage oil and get him to rub your back and legs and arms so that you can really relax, with some music and nice lighting, and make sure you dont have to be somewhere soon so you're not restricted to time. other ways that me and my fiance were intimate were that we had bought edible dusting powder, edible chocolate body paint... that sort of thing and it really increased a feeling of closeless.

good luck:) email me if you ever need anything....
