the best thing to do is talk with your doc. i was going to to see all different docs and it turned out my current doc said on average he did about 20 per year, and only 2 turned into laporotomies (a much bigger incesion). ask her if she is comfotable removing any endo or adhesions found and under what circumstances would she remove ovaires, tubes, etc. go to webmd.com and search for the laporoscopy and there is a section about what questions to ask your doc, that helped me a lot. also if you can handle it ask her if she can take picutres of what she finds insdie or film the procedure, i got pictures and it was really cool (and gross) let me know how it goes!! or try this link, i do not know what state you are in..... https://www.acog.com/member-lookup/statequery.cfm?stateid=ny

good luck and ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS!!!
