Re: Bloated lower abdomen even after lap...

I have the same exact problems that you two have.In 11/03,I had a lap and endo and adhesions were removed from deep in the pelvis. Before the lap,I was bloated and in alot of pain, especially right before my period.Afterwards,I was bloated from the gas,but then it went away.I actually started losing weight(I'm overweight)in my stomach and hips! But then, shortly after,I started gaining again. My lower abdomen got bigger and I also have a pouch sticking out from my right side, which is where I usually had problems.A few years ago,I had an ovarian cyst on the right side. The first and last time I had a normal period since the lap was in 2/04.Well,last Friday,I started having severe pain in my lower back and thought maybe I had pulled something. It eventually traveled to my right hip and side.On Sunday I kept getting sick and throwing up,but then that evening,I got my period.I was glad, thinking that would give me some relief, but it didn't last.Since then,I've only been lightly spotting but still having severe pain and bloat.I'm thinking of calling my doctor and asking for an ultrasound.Has anyone else ever had this??Thank you for listening and I hope you start feeling better,it's terrible, isn't it?
