I have had ALL the side effects. Weight gain, acne, MAJOR mood swings depression, and don't forget about the HOT flashes. I probably get hot flashes 2-3 a day, and every 2 hours like clockwork during the night. BUT NO PAIN. I was getting VERY painful periods and then it was all the time. My doctor found another cyst on my only ovary (about 8cm) and put me on the Lupron right away. I just had surgery to remove it and I only have one more shot left. I'll be happy when I'm done these shots as long as the pain does not come back. I think aside from the hot flashes, the worst part is being exhausted all the time, but again there is no pain and no period.
