Hi! Sorry you are experiencing pain! Endo is a nasty little disease!
lol! Sometimes the surgeon may think they got it all, but didn't. My
dr. swears that she got it all, and that it wouldn't come back. I
don't know what world she is from, but it came back and with a
vengence!! Have you considered Lupron? I've never been on this, but it
was suggested that I do it....but it has some side effects that I do not
want!! How long ago was your surgery? There are some women that take
birth control continuously to stop the period and the pain. But as we
all know the pain just doesn't only come at the time of your
period...it's there whenever it wants to be!! :-) I wish I had better
suggestions for you. A heating pad helps with my pain sometimes. I
would really suggest going back to the doctor to talk to him/her about
optional treatments or even another lap. being done.
