Hello Megan

I have very similar symptoms to you. I have had endo for about 10 years but only the rectal bleeding for about 2/3. I have had a colonoscopy to rule out cancer and although the results were inconclusive, it was considered that as I only bleed for 5 or 6 days during a period. It still frightens me sometimes when the pain gets so bad and i wonder if it is endo. But i get all the same symptoms as you, bloating, pain, constipation then diarrhoea and nasty wind. I cant go out for a bit in the mornings for having to rush to the toilet and the same in the evenings. I have more rectal bleeding at the beginning of a period sometimes it starts bleeding there rather than vaginally. I am very luck that I dont get much pain for the rest of the month, except sometimes when I am ovulating. But I find not wearing tight clothes helps me and having lost a stone over the last 4 months I think that has helped too. Also I find starting to take the painkillers a day or two before the pain takes hold helps as well.

I hope this is some help to you.

Best wishes Andrea
