Anytime you have pain and bleeding after intercourse it should be checked and if your doctor is treating you in a way that makes you feel like you are a 'bothersome' or 'high maitnenance' patient then perhaps it's time to look for a new doctor. You should NEVER feel you need to apologize to your doctor for providing him/her with income!

Granted, some doctors are not as good at hiding their personal opinions as others are but again, if they cannot behave in a professional manner and treat you with dignity and respect then it's time to take your very important business elsewhere.

The pain and bleeding could be from any number of causes, scar tissue, irritated vaginal tissue, breakthrough bleeding, etc. Don't panic, just take care of yourself. Vigilance and early action will go a long way towards helping control your endo and it's symptoms.
