Hi Vanessa. I just had my 5th lap. done w/ an "oopherectomy" removal of the ovaries and tubes. My pain was back within a month or so, and full blown pain by 10-12 months. I did lupron for 6 mos. after lap 4, and within weeks of finishing the trtmt., the pain was back. With this lap, i had entered from stage two, to three. my ovary was imbedded into my bowels. Yuck, i saw the pictures! Hoping this was the last and final surgery for me. Best of luck to you.
