Bleeding after intercourse; what should I do? Reply: anonymous: "Re: Bleeding after intercourse; what should I do?" I had my most recent lap in March 2004. My doctor has me trying a new drug therapy since I am not responding to Lupron. In March, that was my fourth lap in 16 months. Well, last week I started having pelvic pain again. This weekend after intercourse and I ended up bleeding afterwards. This happened to me last year too and it ended up being endo. I started crying yesterday because I am afraid that it might have come back already. Do you think it could be endo or maybe something else? Should I call my doctor? I just don't want to be considered a "high maintenance" patient if you know what I mean.
