I experienced a similar situation with one of his fellows. I was told to accept the pain and bleeding and stop complaining. Some of the staff are very nice and some are outspoken. The more one complains about suffering the more frustrated he and the staff become. I think Endo needs to be more of a multidisciplinary approach with a good gyn excision surgeon, a pain management Physician and Psychological support. Endo is a chronic disease without any cure. I had severe endo, many laps. I underwent excision surgery with another gyn and receiving pain management. Good luck!
