Re: IUD for possible Endo?

Hi Amy,
I was on the Alesse last year, it made me so sick! I had terrible
headaches and nausea on it, and it did nothing to stop the pain I was
having during my period. I am now on Seasonale, which is the cbcp and
it has made me bleed for 2 months, but I am stopped now, and the time of
the month I should be having my period is better than it used to be, but
not totally pain free. The Seasonale has been giving me Migraine
headaches about 1-2 times a week. I have never heard of getting and IUD
for endo. I don't know if that is a good thing or not.
You said you have your tubes tied, but you are still having severe pain
every month? Gee, that just bursts my bubble, cuz I was going to ask my
ob/gyn to tie my tubes during my first lap, thinking that would take
care of things, but maybe it wouldn't. Sometimes, I just don't know
what decision to make next. All I can hope for is that it will be the
right decision. Good luck, and wishing you good days with sunshine and
butterflies.
