Cindy, You may not even gain weight on Lupron, as each person will react differently. For me, I actually lost about 8 pounds while on it, which I gained back in about a month after stopping the shots and going back on my birth control. I was one of the lucky ones I guess, but think positive: Maybe you will be too and lose instead of gain! Just wanted to give you some encouragement! Sounds like you are pretty health concious already. I'd say just stick with the exercise and watch the amount of fat, etc. you are eating.
