Meant to scrub out the last few words, but the basic info was there for you to glean. I personally use soy protein powder in my shakes rather than whey protein powder. You can get it flavored or unflavored and reduced fat. The unflavored is good if you dont like shakes and want to make it up to pour on your breakfast. I also make up what I call a nut mix which consists of linseeds, walnuts and almonds. I grind a cup full of each in my blender and mix it all together in a plastic air tight container and shove it in the freezer. In the morning I use raw whole rolled oats )1/2 a cup) and take three heaped tablespoons of my nut mix and sprinkle that on along with some sliced apricots and my soy mixed with water. Tastes quite good. I sometimes whizz in some pumpkin seeds. That breakfast is packed full of protein because of the soy protein shake and the nuts, and it also has the perfect balance of carbs. The nuts and seeds give you your EFA's. I also take 2 grams of Pharmaceutical grade fish oil twice a day. One dose with that breakfast and the other at dinner time. I usually take my vitamin E there also--400 iu'd each dose--and Vitamin C 1 gram per dose.

My snacks are always fruit and nuts at morning tea and afternoon tea. Sometimes I have some low fat cheese (weight watchers type) with the nuts and fruit.

Lunch is generally salmon or chicken with salad (green) and salad dressing and half cup brown rice.

Dinner will be meat plus three vegies steamed. I try not to eat after 7pm. if feel peckish, I get a soy shake with psyllium husk in and whizz a few starwberries with that. The psyllium fills me up and keeps me regular.

Sometimes I allow for a 250 calorie snack per day but it is never foods that are not correct for my blood type. Also I try to avoid foods that I know will trigger problems such as something high in hydrogentated or saturated fats and simple sugars.

I drink one caffeine drink a day and it is at the top of the morning. That regime did me well like I said but then I got ill and it all turned to custard for a few weeks. ;)
