Very interesting Kati. I believe that Saw Palmetto is a natural way to inhibit aromatase. It's also something that anyone can buy over the counter at a Health Food Store too. In fact it actually is more effective than treatments such as finestride for BPH in men. Well it is one of the reasons why so many men try Saw Palmetto for prostate rather than finestride. One of the side effects of the drug based ones is impotency in men so I'd imagine it has a similar effect in women, but apprently Saw Palmetto doesn't do that. I've heard from some men that they find Beta Sytosterol is even more effective than Saw Palmetto:
