In reply to: bkemnitz: "Has anyone used St. Johns Wort???" I tried this the other week as it has quercetin in which deals to inflammation supposedly. Also I took it to help me get some sleep. It works to a certain extent but I think my pain was a little higher this time than the norm so we tried amitriptyline instead. I was glad that we tried it as I have been sleeping well most night, my appetite has picked up, my mood has elevated and also it has done well to block my pain along with Ibuprofen when needed. It got so bad that St Johns Wort wasn't even touching it.
